Three ways to put AI to work in a small firm

Every engagement has a fixed scope, a clear deliverable and a price agreed before work starts. Most firms begin with the audit, then automate the workflow that pays back fastest.

01

AI Opportunity Audit

I review how your firm actually runs, find the repetitive work AI can handle, and give you a written map of the highest-value opportunities, including what should not be automated.

How the audit works

CHF 750 to 1,5001 to 2 weeks

02

AI Workflow Automation

I build AI-assisted workflows for email, documents, reporting, client replies, lead handling, internal knowledge and task routing, on the tools you already use wherever possible.

What can be automated

From CHF 1,5002 to 6 weeks

03

Custom AI Tools

When off-the-shelf software does not fit, I build lightweight internal tools: dashboards, assistants, document processors, quoting tools, client-service helpers and operations portals.

Examples of custom tools

From CHF 5,0004 to 8+ weeks

04

Ongoing support

An optional monthly retainer for iteration, new workflows and help as the firm grows. Not required: everything I build is documented so your team can run it without me.

Built for firms of 5 to 100 people without a tech team

Most of the firms I work with are in professional services: law firms, Treuhand and fiduciary offices, accountants, insurance brokers and consultancies in and around Zürich (see how I work with each sector). They run on email, Microsoft 365, spreadsheets, PDFs and a practice or client system, and their data is confidential.

That last point shapes everything. I have spent around ten years in IT leadership, most recently leading IT and security operations at a FINMA-regulated Swiss bank, so data protection and confidentiality are designed in from the first conversation, not added at the end. More about my background.

How an engagement runs

01

Discovery call

We talk through your firm, the bottlenecks, the tools you use and the people who will use whatever we build.

02

AI opportunity map

What can be automated, what should not be, the expected return and the quick wins, written down.

03

Build and test

The workflow or tool is built on your real processes and tested with your team's feedback.

04

Deploy and train

It goes live with your team, documented in plain English, with support while people adopt it.

Common questions

Where should a small firm start with AI?

With the AI Opportunity Audit. It costs CHF 750 to 1,500, takes one to two weeks, and tells you which two or three workflows are worth automating first and which are not.

Do I need an IT team or developers?

No. You tell me where time is being lost. I design the workflow, build it, test it with your team and hand it over documented in plain English. If you want to try a first step yourself, read how to start with AI without an IT department.

Will I have to replace the software we use?

No. I build on the tools you already use where possible: email, Microsoft 365, documents, spreadsheets and your CRM or practice system. No rip-and-replace and no migrations you did not ask for.

Do you work outside Zürich?

Yes. I am based in Zürich and work remotely with firms across Switzerland.
