AI workflow automation built on the tools you already use

I build AI-assisted workflows that take repetitive admin off your team: email, documents, reporting, client replies, lead handling, internal knowledge and task routing. Live, tested and handed over in plain English.

The repetitive work AI can take off your team

If someone in your firm spends hours every week on it, there is a good chance most of it can be automated, with a person still checking the output where it matters. Common starting points:

  • Client enquiries and email replies. Incoming email is read, a reply is drafted for review, urgent messages are flagged and the CRM is updated. How AI email triage works.
  • Document processing. Data is extracted from PDFs, forms, invoices, contracts and reports and pushed into spreadsheets, a CRM or a dashboard.
  • Quotes, proposals and follow-ups. First drafts from your own templates and pricing, and reminders so nothing goes quiet.
  • Internal knowledge. Staff ask questions about policies, procedures, pricing or templates instead of searching folders.
  • Lead handling. Enquiries are qualified, follow-ups drafted, calls booked and staff reminded when action is needed.
  • Reports and spreadsheet work. Recurring reports assembled from the systems you already use.
  • Task routing and reminders. Work lands with the right person, with a nudge when it stalls.

Principles that keep it working after I leave

  • Your tools first. I build on your email, Microsoft 365, documents, spreadsheets and CRM where possible. No rip-and-replace.
  • AI inside the actual job, not a chatbot bolted onto your website.
  • A person stays in the loop where accuracy or client communication matters. The workflow drafts; your team approves.
  • Confidentiality designed in. Business-grade services under contract, the minimum data needed, and access limited to the people who need it.
  • Documented in plain English so your team can run it, and change it, without me.

Two to six weeks from scope to handover

01

Discovery call

We talk through your firm, the bottlenecks, the tools you use and the people who will use whatever we build.

02

AI opportunity map

What can be automated, what should not be, the expected return and the quick wins, written down.

03

Build and test

The workflow or tool is built on your real processes and tested with your team's feedback.

04

Deploy and train

It goes live with your team, documented in plain English, with support while people adopt it.

The first workflow build starts from CHF 1,500. The price depends on how many systems are involved and how much review the output needs, and is fixed before work starts. If you have not done an AI Opportunity Audit, I will usually suggest one first so we automate the right thing.

Common questions

How much does AI workflow automation cost?

A first workflow starts from CHF 1,500. The fixed price depends on the number of systems involved and how much checking the output needs, and is agreed before work starts. Software licences, if any are needed, are billed by the vendor directly.

How long does it take to automate a workflow?

Two to six weeks from agreed scope to a live, documented workflow, depending on complexity.

Is AI accurate enough for client work?

For drafting, sorting and extracting, usually yes, provided a person checks the output where it matters. I design workflows so AI prepares and your team approves anything that goes to a client.

What happens if something breaks after handover?

Everything is documented in plain English so your team can see what each step does. If you want ongoing help, an optional monthly retainer covers fixes, iteration and new workflows.

Is client data safe?

I use business-grade AI services under contract rather than personal consumer accounts, keep data to the minimum each step needs, and limit access to the people who need it. For law firms and fiduciaries, read how a Swiss law firm can use ChatGPT and Copilot with client data.
